When I began, I was learning to run and training for my very first 5 Km race - and I did it! I'm still trying to live a healthy life...day by day :)

Whew. Just finished 35 mnutes on the elliptical, 5 min @ tension 2, 5@3, then 6@2, 6@3 and 6@ 2 and then 7@ 3...then a cool down and a few situps. Now for some breakfast and I'm off. Lots to do. Later :) Have a good weekend.
