Quick update

Whew. Just finished 35 mnutes on the elliptical, 5 min @ tension 2, 5@3, then 6@2, 6@3 and 6@ 2 and then 7@ 3...then a cool down and a few situps.
Now for some breakfast and I'm off. Lots to do.

@ used for at...as tho 2 keys are much more difficult to type than one :)
Sorry...my at work abbreviations are creeping into my regular life.
