When I began, I was learning to run and training for my very first 5 Km race - and I did it! I'm still trying to live a healthy life...day by day :)

Dumbell instead of a kettlebell
This AM I did the 30 day shred it with weights level 1. Tough but I made it through with a 8 Lb dumbell (I don't have a kettlebell).
Gotta run. Just wanted to log. I'll be back when I have more time. Have a great weekend!
