Day 1: Walk 4.5/run 1.5/6 times + 10 minute strong walk (46 minutes LSD (long steady distance))
Day 2: Walk 5/run 1/6 times (36 minutes EZ (Easy))
Day 3: Walk 4.5/run 1.5/6 times + 5 strong walk (41 minutes MED (Medium))
